Great location to get away from it all ... open plains of the Essex coast with a stunning sunrise. Very friendly William met us in the dark to hand over the keys and rose to chat with us in the morning.
No complaints - this property suited us well for a couple of days.
Great base, comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Peace & quiet. Had everything you need. We were there for a wedding so didn't have the chance to explore, but seems there's lots of places to walk and see for an interesting stay in the area.
Friendly host.
The postcode took us to the house before this one so make sure you go to the end of the track!

Location was amazing. Host was great. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage for clothes (drawers / clothes hangers). Relatively well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor area with lovely views.
Could have been cleaner on arrival. Settee not all that comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. Some more utensils / crockery and glasses, especially if there are 4 people.
