The Cocoonr agency offers this charming apartment with sea views for rent in Barneville-Carteret. Located in a seafront château, it has a surface area of 39 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) with a bathroom (with shower)
- Bedroom 2 in a tower (round room): a double bed (140×190)
- Separate WC
For even more comfort: high chair, washing machine, cot.
The flat is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc.
Activities:
- Sailing, boating, surfing, Cap de Carteret, hiking, lighthouse, cinema, Maison du Biscuit, golf and equestrian centre 5 minutes away by car, etc.

- You can park directly in the private outdoor car park.

Le top de cet appartement , c’est la plage juste devant.La maison a un certain cachet .l’appartement en lui même est agréable pour un couple ,plus , cela ne serait pas confortable.la chambre dans la tour environ 5 mètres carrés, un lit seulement et des difficultés pour circuler autour.la région est magnifique et nous avons pu bénéficier d’un temps superbe avec une température très agréable.
