A modern, fully equipped, semi-open kitchen: sink, induction cooktop, microwave, oven, range hood, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker.
A living room with sea view, including: a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a dining table for 4, a TV stand, and a television.
A bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined to make a king-size bed (180x190 cm).
A bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine.
Separate toilet.
