Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Aups, these two charming houses with common swimming pool which can welcome up to 13 travelers. They are composed of a nice living room, an equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of about 3 000 m². We are waiting for you!
The houses are composed as follows:
First house 140m² :
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 72 m² with TV, Wifi (fiber optic), fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and office space.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... and a dining area.
- A laundry room.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 1 (master suite): queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower.
- Bedroom 2: One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom 3: One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room.
- A shower room.
- A separate toilet.
Second house 100 m² air-conditioned:
On the first floor :
- A winter garden with plant and tropical birds and a sofa bed (single).
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... a dining area.
- A shower room with shower.
- A separate toilet.
On the first floor (attic):
- A library space on which room 4 opens.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Bedroom 5: three single beds
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A separate toilet.
For even more comfort : washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- Two swimming pools (private, not heated) forming a water area of 300 m², one of the pools is 4×12 in size flowing into the second which has in the middle an island. There are fences around the pool and alarms. Depth of 2m20. It is open from May 13 to September 30. Dates of opening non-contractual, subject to change.
- Jacuzzi for 4 people open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- A beautiful garden of about 3 000 m² with lawn and trees.
- A terrace accessible from the first house of about 48 m² with furniture and a summer kitchen to enjoy the beautiful days and the view on the swimming pool which will be offered to you.
- A semi-open vintage weight room and giant trampoline
Activities :
Do you want to go to nature ? You are at the right address! Go to the sublime Verdon National Park where you can experience climbing, paragliding, canoeing, rafting, horseback riding and many other activities in a fascinating setting! Not far from there, discover the lake of Sainte Croix with its turquoise water. Stroll along its shores and stop for a picnic in front of this fabulous landscape. For more excitement, don't hesitate to go to the nautical center of the lake to rent a small boat. Visit Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, one of the most beautiful villages in France. This charming village will surprise you with its location at the foot of the mountain and the beauty of its architecture.
Transportation :
- You can park directly in the covered shelter (1 vehicle) or on the property (4 vehicles)
- Nearest train station: Draguignan station located at about 38 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport located at about 1h15 by car.
Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided, no fireplace in summer.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
