Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 45 m² flat in Vannes that can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Located on the 4ᵉ floor with lift, it comprises a pleasant 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room with shower as well as a separate toilet & It also has a private and secure parking space. For your convenience, cleaning is included in the rental price and hotel-quality 4★ linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Beds will be made on arrival to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV and Wi-Fi - A fully-equipped kitchen: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 × 190), the other with a queen-size bed (160 × 200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside: - A lovely terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying fine weather and offering an unobstructed view of Vannes. The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a particularly pleasant environment.
You'll be within easy reach of all the essential shops, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. Transport links : - If you are coming by car, you can park directly in the garage and in the flat's private parking space. Other modes of transport: - Nearest train station: Vannes SNCF station, 17 minutes' walk away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport, 1 hour 15 minutes by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation Independent arrival (optional): Access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a secure machine located in a launderette approximately 200 m from the accommodation. Please note: the launderette closes at 9pm, but access to the key dispenser remains available to our guests 24 hours a day. On site, you will be accompanied by the Cocoonr team, which specialises in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, and will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure that you have the best possible experience. appartement tres bien situé. spacieux .la terrasse par contre n est pas agreable et utilisable.Il manquait des cintres dans les penderies des 2 chambres (3 cintres).nous sommes allés en acheter.Tout le reste au top.Le grille pain etait défectueux, a déclenché l alarme incendie!
