Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 1930s-style house in Dinard, just 500 metres from the Prieuré beach.
It spans 110 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 500 m².
We look forward to welcoming you! L'Ile Celée is arranged as follows: Access to the house is via an outside staircase. - A 30 m² living room with TV, WiFi, sofa, armchairs, hi-fi system and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Conservatory. - Separate WC.
First floor: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and access to a balcony. - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190). - Bedroom 3: a pull-out bed (sleeps two 90×190).
Bed linen and towels included. - Bathroom with shower.
For even more comfort: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A beautiful enclosed garden of around 500 m², facing north/south with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - Balcony adjoining bedroom 1.
The house is ideally located in Dinard, near the Port Breton Park, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : The Prieuré beach is 400 m from the house and can be reached by walking through the Port Breton park for maximum safety pure children.
For hiking enthusiasts, there are numerous footpaths within easy reach.
Dinard offers a particularly rich cultural programme in all seasons.
Conferences, guided tours, exhibitions, various events, British film festival, etc.
Transport : - You can park directly in the garage in the basement of the house (1 vehicle) or in the private parking space outside near the garage. - Shuttle bus: The town shuttle bus runs to the top of rue de l'Isle Celée. - Bus stop 4 minutes' walk away. - Nearest train station: Saint Malo (15 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard (8 minutes by car), Rennes (1h20) or Nantes (2h30) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The accommodation is accessible via the outside staircase and the garage. - Fishing equipment is available. - Two bicycles are stored in the garage (please return them in the same condition as received). - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Maison à 10 minutes à pied de la plage du prieuré en passant par un magnifique parc.Nous avons eu un petit désagrément avec la propreté du jardin. Bien qu’il est précisé sans animaux, les précédents locataires nous avaient quelques cadeaux. Heureusement nous avons eu un temps super mais un sèche-linge serait un plus. Pour résumer, la famille était ravie.

La maison est très bien située, à 15 minutes à pied de la plage et 10 minutes à pied des commerces de bouche. La disposition des pièces est parfaite. La cuisine et la salle de bains sont en très bonne état. Le linge de maison de qualité. Un petit bémol cependant, il manquait de quoi cuisiner fruits de mer et poissons. Nous reviendrons
