Access to the chalet by mountain track for 1.3 km.
Please note, snow equipment is strongly recommended in winter as the access track is NOT cleared of snow! Alpine chalet located opposite Lac St Grat in the Gordolasque Valley at an altitude of 1600 m in the town of Belvédère, gateway to the Mercantour National Park. High mountain environment, access to the Vallée des Merveilles and numerous hikes. Chalet comprising 2 gîtes and the owner's apartment.
