We propose to you with the hiring, in Cannes, this charming air-conditioned studio, with a surface of 33 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you !
The studio exposed full south is composed as follows:
- A living room of about 24 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa bed (double).
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates... and dining area.
- A night space with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside :
- A terrace of about 9 m², facing south to enjoy the beautiful days.
The studio is ideally located in Cannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Cannes is a seaside town of the French Riviera which abounds in both tourist and typical activities. We suggest you stroll along the coast to enjoy the beautiful views and the mildness of Provence. If you are eager for sensations, many nautical activities are proposed on the beaches of the region: jetski, parasailing, paddle... If you are looking for more authenticity, go to the Old Port to take a boat trip to the Lérins Islands. And of course what would Cannes be without its lively nightlife, restaurants, bars, casinos, luxurious hotels and shops are around every corner.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage in the basement of the condominium (city car only, no 4×4).
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Cannes located at about 8 minutes by car and 13 minutes by public transport.
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur located at about 25 minutes by car and Cannes-Mandelieu at about 10 minutes by car.
- Palmbus network.
- Trans Côte d'Azur shuttle to St Tropez.
- Boat to the Lerins Islands (crossing time: 15 minutes).
Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability. A flat-rate supplement may be charged: €25 for arrivals after 8pm and departures before 8am.
