Trilly (three-room apartment) about 70 m2 - Maximum occupancy: 5 adults
It consists of a kitchen/living room complete with everything needed for a stay, crockery and small parts, large fridge with freezer, electric oven, TV, Wifi, and a dishwasher.
Garden with features in common with the Billy apartment, where there is a washing machine, and part of the garden for exclusive use where there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
Covered private parking.
You can also eat on the veranda or in the garden.
It has a double bedroom with a third bed added and a bedroom with two single beds.
Services with shower.
Trilly remains at an angle, and is free on 3 sides. Furniture type: - new and functional Services inside the apartment: - large fridge with freezer; electric oven; 32" TV; Wifi; dishwasher Services outside the apartment: - covered parking space; private equipped veranda; large courtyard; garden with washing machine; BBQ and outdoor shower Important Notes: - minimum age to check-in 21 years (family welcome) - check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - small/medium sized pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of € 30.00 - deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site Information for key collection: Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service.
For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio .

La posizione della casa è davvero ottima per gli amanti della natura.
L'attrezzatura della casa non è adeguata. La cucina manca di utensili di base (avevamo solo una pentola). Nel bagno non c'è posto per mettere o appendere asciugamani, articoli per l'igiene, carta igienica, ecc.
