The living areas in this holiday home consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler and dining table, sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a twin, and two family rooms - one with a king-size and single and one with a king-size and two singles, both with en-suite shower rooms, all serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a large, enclosed, lawned garden with patio, furniture, hot tub and barbecue and ample off-road parking. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and 2.5 miles a pub. Highchair and travel cot available. One dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Lincolnshire at Hayloft. Note: Sorry, this property does not accept stag/hen or similar parties.
4 Night minimum stay from Christmas weeks starting the 22nd of December.

A group of 10 of us stayed here as a birthday treat and it did not disappoint. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The owner Rav answered any questions quickly and helped with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a satisfactory stay. The property is quite noisy because of the water pressure pump which can be heard day and night. Door handles were loose. Some rear patio flags were loose. Three extractor fan light bulbs weren’t working. Front door needs replacing. These minor maintenance issues let the...
