Cocoonr Agency offers you to discover the natural beauties of the Gulf of Morbihan with our apartment in the heart of the Breton Riviera. Riviera, near the Port du Crouesty in Arzon, located less than a kilometer from the beach, is a T3 apartment decorated with care, very bright, in a residence with a shared pool of 10x5m that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. You have access to the port on foot and to all the shops. You can leave your car on the parking of the residence.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room of 25 m² with TV, Wifi
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :

- A swimming pool (open from 1/05 to 09/09, heated) shared in the residence
- A balcony, a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the beautiful days

The apartment is ideally located in Arzon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Nearest train station : SNCF of Vannes (45 min)
- Nearest airport : Nantes Atlantique (1h45)

Self check-in required:
Access to the accommodation is available from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a secure Keycafe locker located at the rear of the Cocoonr Presqu’île de Rhuys agency, approximately 20 minutes from the accommodation.

On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team who will be at your disposal throughout your stay.
