With an area of 502 m2, our villa with 2 bedrooms has 3 floors, and consists of an indoor area of 314 m2 with a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a WC and a kitchen in the first floor, and a master bedroom, a bathroom, a WC, a dressing room and a terrace in the upper floor The private garden area of 188 m2 features a heated private pool of 20 m2 with sea water, a terrace with sunbed, dining table and garden furniture, and sunbathing and resting space.
It also opens to the lagoon pool with fresh water.
There is a private gym (a stationary bike, a treadmill, weight equipment), a billiard table, sauna, Turkish bath/steam room, jacuzzi, a massage room with 2 beds, a 55” TV, a minibar and a garden in the basement of the villa, which catches the sun.
The master bedroom features a super king bed of 200 x 200 cm, a dressing room, a makeup table & mirror, a safe box, a minibar and a seating group.
There is also a special seating group in the terrace.
A shower/WC, a magnifying makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a hair straightener, and bathrobe-slippers are available in its bathroom.
The bedroom downstairs features two queen-size beds of 200 x 200 cm, a makeup table, a safe box, a minibar, and a bathroom with magnifying makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a hair straightener and bathrobe-slippers.
There is a seating group and a dining table in its living room.
A fully-equipped separate kitchen, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee pod machine, a tea & coffee set, a 65” LCD Ultra HD Smart IP TV, Chromecast and Satellite broadcasting are also available.

We stayed at a 1 bedroom Bayou Villa for 2 nights in July. First, the negative: Beach was very rocky. It is nearly impossible to walk on the beach (next to the waves) without hurting your feet.
