The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Saint-Etienne, this charming apartment of a surface of 72 m ² and being able to accommodate 2 travelers. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room of 45 m², an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Located on the Cours Fauriel, one of the most beautiful areas of St-Etienne, you will be close to the train station without having to enter the city center. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 45 m² with TV, sofa, armchairs and large table connected with wall screen
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and dressing room adjoining the bedroom with washing machine
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A 7 meters long balcony facing south with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
For even more comfort : high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
Neighborhood
- Located in St-Etienne in a very commercial district without having the constraint to enter the city, you will be near the node which serves in particular: Lyon and St Exupéry airport, Clermont-Ferrand, Roanne and le Puy and Valence.
- All the shops are nearby: restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, greengrocers, tobacconists, florists, hairdressers, banks, the Post Office, Casino supermarket on the first floor of the apartment...
- In the building you will also find : doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, dental surgeons, osteopaths etc....

- Park of Europe at 6 minutes on foot
- The Pilat massif at 35 minutes by car
- The Brankignols Theater at 1.8 km
- 2 museums not to be missed: the museum of modern and contemporary art at 7 km and the museum of Art and Industry at 2.5 km
