It comprises a cosy living area with a lounge, open-plan kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of approximately 150 m² with a terrace.
The house also has a private car park. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 30 m² living area with a lounge, dining area, TV and fireplace - An open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob... - A separate toilet Upstairs: - A bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200 cm) - A bedroom with four single beds: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and two additional single beds - A bathroom with a shower Outside: - A garden of approximately 150 m² - A terrace with outdoor furniture - A barbecue For even greater comfort, you’ll also have access to a washing machine, a cot, a high chair, as well as an ironing board and an iron. The house is ideally situated in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, in a quiet and pleasant setting.

Très bon séjour. La maison est pratique, rénovée récemment et le jardin au soleil agréable. La maison n’est pas en bord de mer mais la mer est facilement accessible en quelques minutes en voiture. Nous reviendrons sans problème

La casa está muy bien y ubicada en una urbanización tranquila. Tenia todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Hemos podido descansar y estar familia. La zona es preciosa, el comercio, restaurantes y centro del pueblo entre unos 7 a 10 min en coche. Muy recomendable.

Logement chaleureux. Propre et très calme. Dommage qu'il y ait autant d'intermedaires...Arrivée autonome ..ce qui n’était pas du tout notre souhait..mais finalement sans problèmeBonne literieSeul bémol...les outils culinaires pas top...
