The flat measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 22 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 22 m² living room with TV and Wi-Fi (fibre optic) - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed. - Bedroom 2: 1 sofa bed with a desk area.
Please note that in this bedroom, the sofa bed will not be made up on your arrival, but you will be provided with everything you need to set it up as you wish during your stay. - A bathroom with a shower and toilet. The flat is ideally situated in the Rochebonne neighbourhood in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Paramé market every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
You can walk to Intra-Muros in under 45 minutes along the beach.
You can also reach Intra-Muros in 10 minutes by car. Transport: - If you’re travelling by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park - Bus: Lines 4 and 9, ‘Kennedy’ stop - Nearest railway station: 2.5 km - Nearest airport: Rennes, 80 km Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - In bedroom 2, the sofa bed is not made up on arrival, but you will be provided with everything you need to set it up as you wish during your stay. - Non-smoking accommodation - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation On arrival, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, who will be on hand to assist you throughout your stay. Le Beau Site "🙂 Emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue sur la mer superbe. Logement neuf entièrement équipé. Place de parking extérieur, accès à la plage facile. Le calme pour bien profiter.
🙁 Bâtisse en cours de rénovation, des parties communes dans leur jus.
Convertible dans la chambre parentale, incompréhensible de ne pas avoir un vrai lit et très inconfortable. Salle de bain étriquée"
