This house located next to the owners' house is composed on the street level of an entrance hall with an authentic interior staircase in Arkose stone. On the garden level on the 1st floor, there are the living rooms, including the dining room, the kitchen and the living room (this one has a 140 cm sofa bed). Finally, you will find: two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, a separate toilet and a shower room. In fine weather, you will appreciate the shaded terrace on one level accessible from the dining room with its terraced and enclosed garden. You will have private covered parking in a large winegrower's vat (bicycle rental possible) with direct access to the cottage.
