Anglesey Holiday cottage - self catering near Rhosneigr
Suitable for a larger family, or a group of friends, this is a detached property in the village of Aberffraw is 10 minutes’ walk from a beautiful beach surrounded by sand dunes.
The property has 3 upstairs double bedrooms two large downstairs communal living spaces, a sunroom, and an enclosed garden.
Dogs are allowed in the property and the local beach is dog friendly. The property has space for 2 cars out front, and if required the double gates can be opened and a 3rd car parked in the driveway. Ground Floor Entering the front door there is a wood floored hall with space for placing bags and a cupboard containing cleaning equipment and with space for hanging coats. Dining Room / Kitchen A large through room split into two parts by a breakfast bar – a dining area and a kitchen. The dining area has dining table providing plenty of space for 6 adults to eat, a wood burning stove, and a futon which we allow to be used as a dog bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with good quality kitchen equipment and has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, DAB radio music player. Living Room The living room is equipped with a large Samsung smart TV on which you can stream from your Netflix Spotify Amazon Disney Sky account.
The TV is attached to a soundbar and woofer for improved sound quality.
There is also an old Xbox with some games and the ability to play DVDs. There is plenty of sofa space for 6-8 people – we ask you not to let your dogs onto the furniture. There is a corner desk with a charging point and light – suitable for a bit of remote working if this is required. Sun Room Tile floored, and equipped with plenty of cupboard space and a washing machine – this is an ideal space for drying off after the beach, and for storing your bikes, beach equipment and shoes and for playing games on wet days. First Floor Main Bedroom - Double A large master bedroom with a super king size double bed, a large wardrobe and windows to front and rear.
There are two bedside tables both with touch sensitive lamps and Bluetooth speaker. There is plenty of space for cots if required. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with an electric shower, wash basin and a toilet. Bedroom 2 - Double Looking out at the garden this large bedroom is equipped with a super king size double bed, and plenty of wardrobe space. Bedroom 3 - Twin A cosy bedroom with two single beds, seating and bedside tables and lamps. Bathroom Tiled and fitted with an electric shower, toilet, wash basin and toilet, with a large cabinet in which to store your toiletries. Outside The garden is fully enclosed by stone walls and the house.
It has a small lawn surrounded by flower beds, and two paved areas with outdoor furniture, a barbeque and a large wooden children’s playhouse.

we really loved the cleanliness and location of the property. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs. The beach is a short walk away. We were there when it was very hot and it was a great place to be and just do nothing

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for,a real home from home but it is looking a little tired, especially the, other than that it was a hassle free stay and will be booking again!

Lovely accommodation in centre of village. Well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of coastal walks and not far from a range of shops and restaurants in nearby Rhosneigr. Good cafe and shop in the village.\r\nHouse has been painted white! Instructions for finding it say it's yellow...a little confusing but otherwise easy to locate.
