With its four bedrooms upstairs and its equipped kitchen open to the living room you will enjoy a remarkable view of the lake and the mountains.
The villa has a large and pretty terrace with swimming pool.
High-speed TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen will be provided free of charge for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed.

🅿️The accommodation has private parking. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. Sévrier is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting. Enjoy its mountains, port and beaches! The beautiful city of Annecy is only 3 km away. Nearby: + Bike path (400 metres) connecting Annecy at the end of the lake + The beautiful city of Annecy, 3 km away. + The beaches of Sévrier. + The hiking trails To access the house: + By car, 1h from Geneva + Private parking We look forward to seeing you! Other remarks The house is only rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Absolutely beautiful villa in a lovely spot - well served by public transport and a gentle walk into central Annecy or to local beaches. The villa was equipped to a really high standard,.and nothing was too much trouble for the owner / manager. We had a wonderful time - family of 6.

We liked the house and loved the Area at lake Annecy. We stayed there with 6 people but up to eight is no problem. The house is very nice and the pool is great.
