It is composed of a pretty living room of 50 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 000 m². Wi-Fi included, we wait for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room of 50 m² with TV, sofa and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...

On the first floor :
- A mezzanine with two single beds
- Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

Exterior :
- A beautiful garden of 1,000 m², not enclosed
- A south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Ruoms, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Enjoy also different activities in the surroundings such as cycling, climbing, canoeing/kayaking etc.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot of the house.
