Information about the host
Our hotel is located in one of the most beautiful patrician houses in Regensburg in the heart of the old town. The "Arch" was built in the 12th century and in the 18th century belonged to the Gumpelzhaimern, a Regensburg patrician family. For over twenty years the Arch has housed the "Altstadthotel Arch", a hotel with 63 rooms. During the renovation, special attention was paid to preserving the character of the house. In order to document the individuality of the hotel and the bond with the city, each room was named after a street name in Regensburg's old town. The name explanations for this hang with a picture in each room. Due to our location on Haidplatz, you can experience the old town flair directly and all sights are just a few minutes' walk away. A house with a great past invites you. Welcome!

Conditions/extras
Cancellation: Until 6pm (hotel time) on the arrival day the cancellation is free of charge. With non-arrival or short term cancellations we charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the arranged room price. Reception: Monday - Friday: 06:30 am to 11:00 pm / weekend and holidays 07:30 am to 11:00 pm. Directions and parking: For loading and unloading, you are welcome to drive in front oft he hotel, but we recommend parking directly in the underground garage and walking tot he hotel (walking distance 4 minutes). Please note that from January 15th 2018, the city center is designated as an environmental zone and can therefore only be entered with a green sticker.
