Spacious 130mq apartment that comfortably accommodates 4 people, being equipped with two duble bedrooms, two bathrooms and all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
The accommodation is located in a prestigious area of Pesaro, in the immediate vicinity of the historic center and all points of interest, easily reachable on foot.
It is also located 600 meters from the sea and the first beach.
Pesaro station is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a lift (there are 4 steps to access it) and is composed as follows: - Eat-in kitchen with dining table, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, traditional oven and microwave - Large living room with sofas, dining table and TV - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C - Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe and desk - Toilet I with wc, bidet and bathtub (an internal step is noted) - Toilet II with wc, bidet and shower box - Balcony. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, two fans, washer dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Pesaro and in the immediate vicinity are all the historic buildings, which can be easily visited on foot: the Olveriano Archaeological Museum, Palazzo Mosca, the Conservatory of Music and Casa Rossini, the National Museum and the Rossini Theatre.
The Palazzo Ducale and the central Piazza del Popolo are also very close, as are the beaches of Pesaro, reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot.
Privileged location, with immediate access to shops, clubs and all essential services such as bars and supermarkets, located within 300 meters, while the first pharmacy is 800 meters away. - From Ancona airport: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus line C to Falconara Marittima station and from here the regional train to Pesaro. - From Pesaro station it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 15 minutes (1.3 km) or by bus line 99R to the Cavallotti 2 stop (Vittoria), 200 meters from the accommodation. - If you travel by car, street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed) or paid on blue lines. casa grande e spaziosa. Illuminazione carente nell'intensità. Dotazione massima in cucina per quanta riguarda stoviglie.
Luci calde ma molto basse e inadeguate. Non era prevista fornitura della colazione, ma in questo caso gli ospiti gradiscono trovare un minimo di confort con un po' di caffè, invece delle sole bustine di the.
