Villa FLANDES is located in the most prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto. This is a zone with the main villas and townhouses of Miami Playa. The proximity of the beach, the silence, the lack of high-rise buildings and apartment blocks provide to the travelers maximum comfort .
In the house on the ground floor: living room and American kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker), opening onto an outdoor terrace with a barbecue and a swimming pool. There are: 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds, 1 bedroom with the bed 150x200, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms each with 180x200 bed, bathroom with bath.
The house is equipped with air conditioning through a duct. The washing machine with wc is in an outside room at the entrance of the house.
The house has an alarm with photo detectors. A photo is taken in the case of the alarm. It does not record video.

Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 3 min. from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.

It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
