The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, In the commune of Ventron, this charming 190 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 14 travelers. It features a lovely 60 m² living room (with fireplace) ideal for 10 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 16,000 m² garden with terrace, wooden gazebo and pétanque court. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 60 m² living room with TV, sofa and armchair (ideal for 10 people).
- Dining room with fireplace (wood not supplied).
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Laundry room with two refrigerators and washing machine.
- Bathroom with shower and double washbasin.
- Separate WC.
Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190) and a crib.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
Second floor:
- Bedroom 5: sleeping area with 4 single beds and two bunk beds. Relaxation area with TV, convertible sofa (double), coffee table, table soccer and mini ping-pong table.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 16,000 m² garden by a stream with a wooden summer kiosk.
- A 30 m² south-east-facing terrace, sunny between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A pétanque court accessible from the terrace.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Ventron, in a very pleasant, quiet and unoverlooked environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as cellars, restaurants, a goat farm and a market...

Nestled in the heart of the Massif Vosgiens, in the Hautes Vosges Regional Nature Park at the gateway to Alsace, in a lush, wooded setting.
- Attractions: Gérardmer lake, Hohneck (magnificent panoramic view of the Vosges from its summit), Colmar (little Venice of Alsace), Kaysersberg (superb village on the wine route)....
- Sports activities: hiking, cycling and mountain biking from the gîte. In winter, "Frère Joseph" ski resort, also known as "Les Pistes de Ventron", fishing...
- Cultural visits: visit to a copper mine, vineyard discovery and tasting, goat farm within walking distance...
- Events : Gerardmer Film Festival, Daffodil Festival...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont station, about 29 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport, about 1 hour by car.
