We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming flat at less than 100 meters of the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 31 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and you can enjoy a garden of about 18 m².
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An entrance hall with storage cupboard
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (2 beds) and dining area for 4 people
- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a bathtub and towel dryer
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- Sheltered terrace and private garden with a total of 18 m², not enclosed with garden furniture (table, chairs and deckchair)
Common area:
- Enjoy the residence's swimming pool (shared, heated), open from April to October, and secured by a cover and a barrier. Opening dates subject to favourable weather conditions, not contractual.
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. The exit of the residence is less than 50 m from the beach, and you will be able to benefit from all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, market every Monday...

At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy an active holiday or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the coveted "tourist resort" classification.
Quimper, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1,500 metres of walls, is 17 km away. The neighbouring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the leading French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's private car park. The private car park is outside with a numbered space. The space is large and can accommodate large vehicles. Only one vehicle can be parked there.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Quimper train station located 17 km away (23 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne airport is about 20 minutes away by car.
- Bus: Bus stop to get to Quimper.
Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices will be given to you by our partner.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are not contractual.
