Average condition (maintenance and painting), kitchen not renovated.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, animal supplement (1 small dog allowed, less than 7kg), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ... etc.) Rental fortnight the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week).

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Perros-Guirec.La vue panoramique de l’appartement avec sa grande terrasse, son emplacement au cœur des commerces et des restaurants/cafés avec sa vue sur la mer ont contribué à un séjour parfait. L’appartement est lumineux et suffisamment grand avec une cuisine séparée et suffisamment équipée.
