1 living room with sofa bed (sofa bed for 2 people), TV, overlooking balcony -
1 kitchen area equipped with 2 electric hob, small fridge, combined microwave grill -
1 room with 2 beds in 80cm with duvets (or large bed 160cm) -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
New bedding and equipment.
Balcony furniture.
Electric heating.
Common room for bicycles.
Good condition (maintenance and painting). To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, animal supplement (1 small dog less than 7kg), deposit by bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.). Furnished tourism classified 2 stars for 3 people. Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week). ****Environment*** Lively beach with restaurants, mini golf and beach club (summer), nautical club, thalasso, casino, departure of the stars for the visit of the Archipelago of the 7 Islands, the largest ornithological reserve in France.

Chouette appartement bien situé (2 min à pieds de la plage), propre, agréable et bien équipé hormis la cuvette de wc qui est défectueuse, signalée à l agence mais qui n a pas été changé. La literie est convenable mais pourrait être un peu plus confortable.
