1 living room opening onto terrace with TV, sofa (convertible 120cm for 1 person) -
1 kitchen area RENOVEE equipped with induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances including filter coffee maker and Senseo -
1 double bedroom for 2 people with duvet and TV -
1 bathroom with bath, sink -
separate WC -
WIFI.

Private parking space.
Bicycle storage in the residence. TV and TV in the room.

Good condition (maintenance and painting). To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption package of 30€ per week from October to May, animal supplement (only 1 small dog accepted, less 7kg), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.). Rent at fortnight the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week). ***Environment*** Remarkable location, facing the main beach of Coz Pors. You will enjoy the beach on foot, beautiful walks (access GR 34) and the main activities of the resort (aquarium, restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the residence).

Dans la description, un supplément pour un animal peut-être demandé. En réalité, il est facturé par l'agence, sans connaître à l'avance le montant.
Attention, petit bémol sur le ménage de la chambre.
