la vue mer à 180°,
la crasse omniprésente dans cet appartement, l'odeur d'égout dans la salle d'eau très dérangeante. Le bruit des travaux au rez-de-chaussée, les portes de placards qui ne coulissent pas (nous avons aperçu la machine à laver sans pouvoir y avoir accès), pas d'états des lieux à l'arrivée ni au départ.
