Beautiful villa surrounded by greenery located in Torre Pali, a stone's throw from the wonderful beaches of the Maldives of Salento.

The villa has large outdoor areas furnished with table and chairs to relax comfortably in the open air, brick barbecue and outdoor shower. Internally there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bathroom with shower, kitchenette and living room where it is possible to add a cot for the fifth guest. The villa, just one kilometer from the golden sand of the town with its famous beaches, is comfortable, equipped with mosquito nets, fans, washing machine available, as well as convenient for the presence of an internal parking space. The villa is part of a two-family villa, each with separate and fenced entrances and outdoor spaces.

At the request of the guests, bed linen and / or towels will be provided at a small cost per week.

This solution is recommended for families and small groups, even with 4-legged friends in tow (there is a small supplement for sanitizing the accommodation for the presence of animals).

The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per the meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)
