Two-room apartment in Residence a stone's throw from the beach of Marina di Mancaversa, called Spiaggia dei Cavalli (a cove of fine sand, set in the cliff) located on the lowered and raised ground floor. Internally it is composed of a living room , double bedroom, bathroom with shower (without bidet). There is also an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs. In common with the other guests there is the washing machine. The accommodation enjoys an excellent position to walk to the beach, the Salentoinbus stop, local preserata, restaurants and markets. Ideal for groups and families, as it is possible to book several nearby units and gather together on the veranda or patio. The Cavalli beach is 250 meters away while the first beach of Gallipoli (Baia Verde) is only 9 km away, which can be traveled by bus if you do not want to use the car during your holiday. Animal friends allowed afterwards (there is a small supplement for sanitizing the accommodation for the presence of animals). Free street parking. The interior furnishings may vary slightly from one apartment to another.

Sheets and bathroom sets not included in the rental cost, can be booked well in advance.

On request and with a supplement it is possible to use the air conditioning, € 10 per night

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;

- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;

- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.



For early check out, at the request of the customer and after acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
