The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Rennes, this spacious apartment with Wi-Fi by optical fibre and private parking, of a surface of 70 m² which can easily accommodate up to 4 travelers.
Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, two beautiful bedrooms with closets, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a separate toilet.
The cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), 2 single beds (90x200)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment in front of the Bonnets Rouges promenade, a green area in the city center along the Vilaine river.
You will be able to benefit from a Carrefour City (600 meters) and some restaurants nearby. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: 1.5 km - Nearest airport: 5.7 km Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available (optical fiber) - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live" rentals, which will be at your disposal throughout your stay.

Le Bonnet Rouge We really enjoyed our stay in Rennes. The apartment was exactly as described and very clean. Lynda who met us was friendly and helpful. Off road parking was really useful and it was easy and pleasant walk to the city centre along the river.

Le Bonnet Rouge "Logement impeccable et très bien situé, conforme à la description. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort, les équipements proposés, le calme (séjour en Juillet) et l’absence de moustiques.
