CASA CARTARRA HOLIDAY HOME IN AXARQUIA Casa Cartarra is a delightful detached holiday home with a spacious private swimming pool (10 x 4 m) located in the Axarquia region.
In the Axarquia area, many small, white villages known as 'pueblos blancos' are beautifully situated among and on the hills planted with vineyards.
The Dutch owners have furnished this holiday home in a modern and particularly stylish manner with plenty of comfort.
Here you experience complete privacy and enjoy unique views.
From your terrace, you have a panoramic view and in the evening, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The ideal combination of tranquillity and space while you can easily seek out the hustle and bustle.
A supermarket is only a 7-minute drive away and the beautiful sandy beach of Torre del Mar is 15 minutes away from Casa Cartarra.
During your stay, be sure to visit the white picturesque village of Comares, which is 35 minutes from Casa Cartarra.
The village is quite high, at over 700 m.
Because it is built on a rock, you have a stunning view.
On clear days, you can even see the Mediterranean Sea.
In the village, a beautiful walking route has been mapped out, simply follow the blue tiles and you will pass all the beautiful places.

LAYOUT CASA CARTARRA This holiday home is perfect for families or groups of friends.
Casa Cartarra is delightfully spacious and equipped with plenty of luxury and comfort.
There is even a genuine workspace for 2 people with two sit/stand desks and 1 large monitor.
Combined with excellent wifi, Casa Cartarra is also perfect for a workation.
The living room is light and spacious and features a beautiful seating area, dining area and television (Google Chromecast instead of television channels so you can play your own streaming services).
The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences including a 5-burner hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, two ovens, hand blender, citrus press, toaster, kettle and coffee machine for Cups (Nespresso/Dolce Gusto).
There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 x 220 cm), terrace and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm).
Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180 x 200), terrace and en-suite bathroom.
There are three bathrooms, all with separate shower, toilet, hairdryer and sink.
Two bathrooms also have a bath with a hand shower.
There is also a separate toilet in Casa Cartarra.
For children, there is a dartboard and various board and card games available.
Air conditioning is present in the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms.
All windows are fitted with fly screens.
The holiday home can be heated by the fireplace and air conditioning (hot and cold).
There is also a safe, as well as a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
OUTSIDE AT CASA CARTARRA IN AXARQUIA The outdoor life at Casa Cartarra is perfect.
This holiday home has a fully enclosed terrain and plenty of privacy.
Splash in the spacious private swimming pool (10 x 4 m) or enjoy the panoramic view from your own lounge set.
Six sunbeds and an outdoor shower are on the terrace.
The parasol and covered veranda provide cooling on warm summer days.
There is also a new outdoor kitchen and mobile gas barbecue to cook deliciously outside.
There is space for four (rental) cars on the terrain.
From the village of Canillas de Aceituno (10 minutes from Casa Cartarra) there is a beautiful walk to be made.
This is the "El Saltillo", with the famous bridge.
But there are many more beautiful walks to be made, which is why there is a book from 'Crazy about Walking' with 18 walks in the region at Casa Cartarra.

Een fantastisch huis op super mooie locatie met alle benodigde faciliteiten bij de hand. Het hoogtepunt is écht wel het zwembad met uitzicht over de bergen. We hebben er (nu al 2x) een heerlijke vakantie gehad en we hebben al weer geboekt voor volgend jaar.
