We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Le Tréport, this charming flat with sight on sea, with a surface of 67 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you!
The flat is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a sea view, TV, sofa and dining area
- A separate kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo regular and Senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 : 11 m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 : 11 m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
The flat is ideally located in Le Tréport, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market (one to two days a week)...
Neighbourhood :
Rather quiet area with entertainment on the esplanade in high season (musicians, bouncy castle, playground for children and teenagers). Access to the beach just in front of the accommodation, close to the port and the lighthouse.
Activities :
- Walking tour of the old Tréport and the collegiate church;
- Nearby by car visit of the castle of Eu and its collegiate church;
- Notre Dame de la falaise in Mers les Bains
- Sea trip with fishermen (booking office on the esplanade near the lighthouse)
- Casino on the esplanade
- Little tourist train of Le Tréport
Transport :
- Car: there is a charge for parking in the town.
- Nearest train stations: Le Tréport SNCF station 1.5 km from the flat and Eu station 6 km away (approx. 15 minutes).
- Nearest airports: Le Touquet Côte d'Opale airport 83 km away (approx. 1 hour 05 minutes), Beauvais airport 93 km away (approx. 1 hour 29 minutes).
Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our service provider on site). Price: 50 €.
- A deposit for the cleaning of 50 euros will be requested on arrival by the concierge if you have not taken the cleaning package.
- Comforters and pillows provided
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental at least 48 hours before your arrival and payment to be made to our partner on site). Kit for double bed with towel: 25 €; kit for single bed with towel: 12.50 €.
- For an arrival after 19H a supplement of 20€ will be asked.
