The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Plougoumelen, complete with Wi-Fi, covering an area of 140 m² and accommodating up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
This lovely, tastefully decorated house is the ideal place for your family holiday! Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay in the Gulf of Morbihan.
All you have to do is unpack your bags! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 60 m² living area with a TV - A fully equipped kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - On the ground floor, a suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200), and one bedroom with two single beds (90×190) - Two bathrooms with showers - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Please note: the staircase is not recommended for young children. Outdoors: - A lovely 1,000 m² garden plus a terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Plougoumelen, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Vannes SNCF station or Auray SNCF station, 15 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 22 minutes’ drive away On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Optional self-check-in: Access to the property is available from 5.00 pm. Keys can be collected from a key box on site. - External contractors carry out rubbish collection on a regular basis and independently.
They may therefore visit during your stay.
We do not always receive their schedule far enough in advance to be able to provide you with the dates of their visits before your arrival.
However, please do not hesitate to contact Cocoonr to find out, where possible, the scheduled visits during your stay.

Location au calme dans un petit bourg proche d’un supermarché, station essence, boulangerie et idéalement situé pour visiter les environs sans faire de longs trajets.
Petit bémol: le wifi était légèrement instable mais sans grosses pénalité pour nous avec 4 ados qui ont pu utiliser néanmoins leurs téléphones et tablettes sans souci.
On recommande.
