Full sea view with direct access to the beach for this house of 100 m² located in Lomener (coast of Ploemeur), with an enclosed garden of 760 m2 and a terrace of 50m2.
First floor living room with sea view, equipped kitchen with balcony, bathroom with bath.
Room 1 : spacious with 2 beds 90, equipped with a TV and storage.
Bedroom 2 : bunk beds (2 x 90), washbasin and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 : 1 double bed (130) with sea view, terrace and beach access.
In the basement: large garage + cellar, access to the large enclosed garden with swing.
Equipment :
Refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric oven, toaster, ceramic hob, television, washing machine, garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue
Please note:
- Bed linen and bathroom linen not provided - Possibility of rental :16 €/set of sheets or 19 €/set of duvets; Bathroom linen kit (2 towels, 2 bath sheets, 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat) : 20 €, or unit option
- Wifi mini-box rental : 39 € week or 6 €/day
- Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package: 120 €
- Deposit 600 €
