This pleasant house of 30 m² is arranged as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room with equipped kitchenette. - A bathroom with bath and toilet.
On the mezzanine floor: - A spacious room with a 140 cm bed and some storage shelves.
Equipment : Refrigerator, microwave oven, 2 ceramic hobs, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, television, washing machine, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, enclosed small garden, terrace, parking : free placement 20 meters from the maisonette.
Exterior: - Small enclosed garden with terrace equipped with a garden furniture, barbecue and umbrella. - Small parking space in free place located 30 metres from the house.
Year of construction: 1984 To be noted: - Electricity is extra on meter reading according to the edf tariff in force between 1 January and 04 May and between 19 October and 31 December - Bed linen and bathroom linen not provided - Possibility of rental : 16 €/set of sheets or 19 €/set of duvets; Bathroom linen kit (2 towels, 2 bath sheets, 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat) : 20 €, or possibility per unit - Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package : 60 € - Deposit: 300 € - Tourist tax: 0.90 €/adult/day - Pets allowed : 28 €/pet/week including short rental All water and leisure activities nearby.
