This pleasant cottage of 45 m² is composed as follows : On the ground floor : - A living room with equipped kitchenette - A seating area with a sofa bed - A bathroom with bath and toilet.
On the first floor : - A room with a bed 140 cm - A small room with a bed 90 cm (+ 1 bed drawer 90 cm). - A bathroom with bath.
Equipment: Refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, induction hob, mini dishwasher, washing machine, television, garden furniture, barbecue, swimming pool common to the residents of the Megaliths, private parking.
Exterior : - Small garden (not enclosed on about 1 meter) with terrace equipped with a garden furniture and barbecue. - Numbered parking space in front of the house. - Free access to the shared swimming pool open in summer and to the tennis court.

Maison conforme à l’annonce. Parking, acces à la piscine, belle plage à proximité 2 points signalés : Parasol à changer et il y a un mini four pas un four
