Detached house of 60 m² located in a residence in Kercambre in St Gildas de Rhuys, near the sea.
On the ground floor : - A stay overlooking the garden - A kitchenette with dishwasher - A bathroom with walk-in shower - Independent toilets - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160 , dresser and wardrobe.
On the first floor : - Mezzanine Room 2 : Panelled with a 140 double bed, a 90 single bed and a wardrobe NB: beds equipped with duvets.
Outside : - An enclosed garden with a terrace equipped with an electric awning, a garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue - Parking in front of the house A garage attached to the house is at your disposal to store bicycles.
Year of construction: 1992 Please note : - No WIFI.
Possibility to rent a Wifi mini-box = 39 €/week or 6 €/day - Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/11/24 to 26/04/25 and from 18/10/25 to 3/01/26: cost per kwh according to EDF base in force - Bed and toilet linen not provided - Possibility of rental (€16/set of sheets; €19/set of duvet cover; set of towels: 2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat: €20, or possibility per unit). - Pets allowed with a supplement of €28/pet/week (including short stay) - Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package: 85 € - Tourist tax: €1.50/day/adult - Deposit 400 €

Génial, heureux d'avoir partagé nôtre séjours, avec nôtre petit chien,même si les plages ne sont pas accueillante pour nos amis 4 pâtes.

Très belle expérience. Logement tres adapté, bien équipé et bien placé. Beaucoup de balades à pieds à faire à partir du site. Environnement très agréable.
