The space

The internal space is divided as follows

LIVING AREA. Double sofa bed, kitchenette with small electric oven and various kitchen utensils.

BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, sink and hairdryer.


OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Portable fan, free unlimited wifi, TV, iron and ironing board and clothesline.


- From Parma Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus no. 6 to the “Pilotta” stop, where you can take bus no. 8 to the “str Repubblica Prefettura” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.


- From Parma station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus no. 8 to the “str Repubblica Prefettura” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.


- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located within the ZTL (active every day from 7.30 to 11.30 and from 16.00 to 19.00). It is possible to park for a fee (first hour free, second hour €1.60) at the "Central Parking Repubblica" car park, open 24 hours and a 10-minute walk from the property.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.

The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.

If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00

- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00

- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
