In Bormes-les-Mimosas, this charming 36 m² air-conditioned flat with shared swimming pool can accommodate up to 2 adults and one child (under 10).
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 10 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely mezzanine bedroom, a shower room and a terrace.
We look forward to welcoming you.
The accommodation comprises - A 10 m² living room with TV and sofa bed (for a child under 10) - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven with grill, toaster, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker, etc. - A mezzanine bedroom with a king-size bed (160×200). - A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside: - A large shared infinity pool within the residence (unheated), open from April to October, enclosed by a secure gate for children. - A private, south-facing terrace (approx. 7 m²) with furniture to enjoy fine weather and meals with a view of the hills and the sea.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, high chair, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
The flat is ideally located in Bormes-les-Mimosas, in a very pleasant, quiet setting on a secondary road.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, cinema, etc.
Activities : For lovers of walking, the old medieval village of Bormes-Les-Mimosas and the sandy beach of Le Lavandou are around twenty minutes' walk away.
During your stay you can go hiking on the GR 90, enjoy various water sports, use the swimming pool and play pétanque at the residence.
Visit the surrounding towns and the Var hinterland.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the basement car park, a numbered space (1 vehicle), accessible to all types of vehicle less than 2 m high.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Hyères station, approximately 28 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport, around 27 minutes away by car.
Other information: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

La Lavandière Nice apartment with an extraordinary view. The pool was great and the location is awesome. The parking spot very small which was the only issue there. But besides that, our stay there was perfect!

🙂 Très facile pour récupérer les clés c est très bien expliqué par mail. Logement très bien situé très bien équipé,propre calme piscine très agréable ,. Petit plus je dirais la plancha qu on a vraiment apprécié !!
