The flat is located at the entrance to the Sablon district, directly connected to the three most popular districts of Metz. You will benefit from an ideal proximity to Metz city centre; indeed, you will stay within a five-minute walk from the TGV station and the main tourist and cultural points of interest, such as the typical shops of the region.


A private parking space is reserved for you in a parking lot rented by the owner 50m from the apartment, at no extra charge for the duration of your stay. You'll also find paid parking in the vicinity, and free street parking at the foot of the building (according to schedule).


The apartment has two bedrooms with luxury king-size beds, and a sofa-bed in one of the bedrooms for an adult or child to sleep in addition.
