This Modern Villa is located in Urbanisation La Herrada In Los Montesinos, with a paved garden and private pool, An ideal place to spend the day, relaxing by the pool.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract.
The Space
You enter the property on the ground floor and to the left, you have the large open-plan living/dining room with an American kitchen. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa, 65-inch television with Xbox, and a 4-person dining table. The American kitchen is fully equipped and also has a breakfast bar and 3 bar stools for extra seating. To the side of the kitchen, there is a utility room and washing machine.
To the right of the main living space, you have the Master bedroom. That has a double bed, wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also an independent toilet beside the stairs.
As you proceed upstairs to the second level, the twin bedroom is to the right of the stairs and in front is the double bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom attached. You can also access said bathroom via a door to the left of the staircase. There is also a roof terrace where you can escape with a glass of wine from the rest of the family.
There is air-conditioning throughout the property.

The Neighborhood
La Herrada is an Urbanisation connected to the town of Los Montesinos. Within Los Montesinos itself, there is a selection of bars and restaurants. You are also located within a 10-minute drive from Ciudad Quesada, where there is Go Karting, A Waterpark, Supermarkets, etc, and are a 20 minute drive the beaches of Guardamar.
Getting Around
We recommend a car to get out and about and make the most of your stay in the area.
