In Rouen, we offer this charming, bright 60 m² apartment for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Separate kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is located in the heart of Rouen's historic centre. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, a discotheque, restaurants and bars. As a result, there may be some noise pollution in the evenings.

The historic capital of Normandy, nicknamed the city of a hundred steeples, Rouen is a fascinating city. With its extraordinary architectural and religious heritage, it's no surprise that it's been awarded the Ville d'Art et d'Histoire label! It's a good idea to stroll through the picturesque old town, with its cobbled streets lined with ancient half-timbered houses. You'll discover extraordinary monuments such as Notre-Dame Cathedral, a Gothic masterpiece built in the 12th century. It was built on the foundations of a 4th-century edifice that still houses the bishopric and the tombs of the Dukes of Normandy. At 151 metres high, its spire is the tallest in France!
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
- Free parking: Ile Lacroix (on-street parking, 1 km from the apartment) or Place du Boulingrin (large square, 1.2 km from the apartment).
- Pay parking lots: The nearest to the apartment are Parking Hôtel de Ville (300 m) and Parking Cathedrale (500 m).
- Every vehicle in Rouen must have a Crit'Air sticker. These can be ordered online at www.certificat-air.gouv.fr for €3.72 per vehicle. Driving or parking without a sticker is punishable by a fine of 68 Euros.
- Amandus is located in a pedestrian zone with no parking facilities. However, between 7:00 and 11:00 a.m., vehicle access is permitted (e.g. to load or unload a car).
- If you have an electric car, parking is free, but you must register in advance at www.payermonstationnement.fr and provide the necessary documents. You'll need to download the application beforehand.
- On-street parking: the historic center (where Amandus is located) is largely pedestrianized. But there is plenty of on-street parking within walking distance of the apartment. Parking is free every evening from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. the following morning, and free all Sunday.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Rouen station, about 10 minutes by public transport and 10 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Rouen-Vallée de Seine airport located about 25 minutes away by car.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
