The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine and a living/dining room with seating for four guests, TV with Freeview and a gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a queen-size and a triple bunk (double below, single above), along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, a front patio with furniture and an off-road parking space for one car. Within 2.1 miles you will find a shop, within 1.7 miles, a pub and within 1 mile, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Westcroft 6 Withnoe Terrace is a charming base, ideal for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. Note: There are uneven steps leading up to the property, please take care and use the handrail provided. Note: Unfortunately, this property does not accept Sunday check-ins. Any bookings made with a Sunday arrival date may be subject to cancellation.

Knowing the area well, the property was perfectly located for us. Weather being perfect made the need to venture far unnecessary.Very well equipped and presented. The allocated parking space, though convenient ,could do with surface consolidation .Fortunately alternative parking was available occasionally.We had an excellent break.

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und besonders den Ausblick vom großen Wohnzimmerfenster genossen. Herrlich der Blick schon morgens beim Frühstück oder am Abend die untergehende Sonne zu beobachten. Wir haben uns immer aufs "heimkommen" nach einem Ausflug gefreut und auch in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen.

Our 2nd time at Westcroft, Tea,coffee milk plus scones, jam and clotted cream on arrival was very welcome. The shower room had been refurbished since our last visit , looking very smart. The cleaning is to a very high standard. The parking and access steps are difficult for those with mobility issues. We are looking forward to a third visit . Jim and Shirley
