Cocoonr is offering this cosy little retreat for rent – perfect for families, friends or couples – where you can enjoy unforgettable weekends and holidays in the Bassin region.
Villa Nina, a single-storey property with two bedrooms and a lovely living area, is designed to comfortably accommodate two adults and two children, or four adults.
Its large wooden terrace, measuring around 70m², will be a wonderful way to round off your days! You’ll feel completely at peace here thanks to the owners’ tasteful renovation, which has succeeded in giving the house a real soul with a stylish, contemporary décor that makes you feel right at home. Villa Nina is undoubtedly a cosy retreat all year round, from January right through to Christmas! The villa is laid out as follows: - A beautiful, light-filled 30m² living room with a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto the terrace, and two windows; this is the relaxation area, featuring a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, a TV and a dining area. - Right next door is a very cosy kitchen, finished in black and aluminium with an open-plan workshop feel, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.
It also opens onto the terrace, making it even more convenient for all your meals and get-togethers! - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space. - A bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and storage space. - A bathroom with a vanity unit and washbasin, as well as a spacious and very pleasant walk-in shower, a heated towel rail and a window. - A separate toilet in the hallway. A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are available in the utility room. Outdoors: - An enclosed garden of approximately 300m² surrounding the villa - A 70m² terrace, extending the living space of the villa and offering various areas to relax; a plancha grill is at your disposal… The terrace will be the hub of your days from morning to night, with sunshine from breakfast onwards, featuring a rectangular wooden table, two benches and a large adjustable parasol. Another area for breakfast or a drink after a day at the beach, offering a change of setting, with a table and four armchairs. A sofa set and a wooden armchair for anyone who wants to get away from it all and read the paper in peace! Three sun loungers. What we love about Villa Nina: Its character, its style, the layout of the rooms and the spacious, ultra-functional kitchen opening onto the large terrace, plus all its cosy corners where you can relax and socialise! The advantage of being able to park your car in the garden – space for two cars of any size. Its peaceful location in La Teste, local shops (grocery, butcher, bakery), oyster tasting at the harbour with its famous huts, cycle paths, the station is a 5-minute drive away, as is the famous and renowned La Teste market. The villa is ideally situated in La Teste-de-Buch, in a very pleasant residential area. Nearby: - Le Teich Bird Sanctuary, 20 km away - Arcachon Zoo, on the Route de Cazaux – a great day out for relaxation and a change of scenery – and Aqualand in Gujan, - La Teste’s traditional market on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays: the market halls, as well as plenty of outdoor market stallholders selling organic produce, cheese from the Pyrenees, confits, foie gras, shoes, clothing and more – a great atmosphere guaranteed, rounding off with a glass of white wine or a coffee! - The famous Arcachon Market Halls. - Dune du Pyla, 9 km away - Andernos-les-Bains, 40 km away (53 minutes by car) - Bordeaux, 66 km away (50 minutes by car) Activities: It’s hard to choose from the multitude of activities on offer in the Arcachon Basin! You can enjoy all its attractions, including exploring the spectacular Ville d’Hiver district with its superb early 20th-century houses, its park, and its viewpoint offering breathtaking views of the Basin! The little train opposite the tourist information centre will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a lovely overview of Arcachon! At lunchtime, treat yourself to some oysters at one of the oyster ports in the Arcachon Basin; the port of La Teste is obviously a must, or Gujan, or the market in La Teste (make sure you bring a container if you’d like them opened for you, and don’t go too late if you want this service), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla! If you fancy heading out to sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, the Île aux Oiseaux and the famous ‘cabanes tchanquées’! The Banc d’Arguin, with its crystal-clear waters – a paradise on earth! Paddle down the Leyre to the bird sanctuary at Le Teich – whether you choose to be accompanied by a guide or go it alone in your kayak, it’s simply sublime! Transport: - La Teste railway station is a 5-minute drive away; trains run every hour to Bordeaux, with a journey time of 40 minutes. - Arcachon railway station is 6 km away - Bus route 1 runs from Arcachon railway station to the Dune du Pyla, with interesting stops along the way; you can visit Le Moulleau (a beautiful church and a viewpoint overlooking the bay, restaurants, an ice cream parlour, etc.) or take the Dune Express bus, which takes you there directly. - Bordeaux Airport is 65 km away (52 minutes by car) You’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Villa Nina Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison était propre, fonctionnelle et bien décorée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse . L’accueil était clair, flexible avec d’excellentes recommandations, nous recommandons.

Villa Nina Hôte agréable à l'arrivée. Logement très propre . Je recommande ce logement pour un week-end. Proche des supermarchés et commerçants.

Villa Nina Très jolie maison propre et bien aménagée. Le seul point négatif est la proximité avec une route très passante et donc bruyante.
