From the Arbol lane, a few steps to access the steps and the entrance to this pretty village house adjoining an uninhabited house.

On the same level: living room with 2 sofas, flat screen TV, pellet stove, and dining area, independent kitchen with built-in units and fully equipped, 2 bedrooms: "Elise" (1 double bed + 1 cot), " Rosa" (1 double bed +1 bunk bed), shower room and separate toilet.

Upstairs, a relaxation area on the mezzanine which gives access to a large attic bedroom, "Célina" (1 double bed) and its shower room + wc.

All openings are equipped with mosquito nets.

Outside, fenced swimming pool, heated by bubble cover (sun: 9x5, depth: from 0.85 to 1.80m), terrace, small garden (3.50x10m), table tennis, plancha, garden furniture, sunbathing.

The village bells ring every hour except at night from 9 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Possibility to park the vehicle in the lane at the foot of the stairs of the gîte or on the small square nearby.
