2 Bedrooms – Sleeps 4. A beautifully presented end of terrace property, centrally located in a small complex in the very popular and picturesque coastal village of Roundstone.
Set back from the main street, and offering views of Roundstone Bay, it boasts a thoroughly relaxing and quiet seaside location, while being just a few steps from local shops, café’s, bars, and restaurants.
It is ideally suited to couples and friends.
Roundstone harbour is less than 100m walk from the property.
The white sandy beaches of the world-famous Dogs Bay and Gurteen beaches are just 3km away.
Enjoy leisurely walks and cycles at the nearby Connemara Greenway, accessible at Ballynahinch, or at nearby Inishnee Island.
There are numerous trails and driving routes to explore in the region, including the well-known Roundstone Bog Road and along the Wild Atlantic Way. Sea fishing and boat tours are available locally, Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park are just a short drive away.
Roundstone village provides lots of places to eat and drink and its shops will supply you with everything you need for your self-catering holiday.
Local activities include kayaking and paddleboarding, sea angling, lake, and river fishing, walking trails, hill walking, pony trekking, golf, boat trips and much more.

The accommodation in this holiday property is over two levels and consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with balcony overlooking Roundstone Bay. Both bedrooms are downstairs in the property.
Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with door onto an exterior terrace with bench and sun umbrella.
This terrace offers sea views. Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom.
Both bedrooms include ample storage for clothing and belongings. The well-appointed bathroom is also located on this level.
It includes a bath, with electric shower over bath, sink and WC. Timber floors throughout the property. A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, and onto the balcony.
The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment including dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, electric hob & oven.
The living and dining areas offer dining table and seating for 4, and a large corner sofa in the living room area is ideally placed to enjoy the fireplace and multi-channel TV. The balcony is accessed from the living area and offers a wonderful view of Roundstone Bay and the surrounding coastline and countryside.
An ideal spot to relax and dine of an evening. Laundry facilities are in a utility room external to the accommodation but within the complex and are solely for the use of guests in this property.
The utility and laundry area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The property is electrically heated throughout.
Linen and towels are included.
Electricity is included.
Wi-Fi is available. Short breaks are available all year round.

Die Terrasse wie auch der Balkon haben in dieser Jahreszeit keine Sonne mehr.

We had a wonderful stay here in Roundstone. The accommodation is comfy and nicely situated in Roundstone. Our kids had a great time playing on the terrace, the green and the beach below the appartment. Tatia also has been a very welcoming and helpful host.
Perfect location with beautiful view, a good base to discover the Connemara area.

Bedrooms clean and nice with really comfortable beds. Bathroom clean and adequate. Spacious lounge and kitchen area but had a musty smell. Aired it as much as we could but didn’t get rid of it.
