Zugang mit Lift, nur für die oberen zwei Wohnungen, gut erschlossen von den Verkehrsmittel, Bushaltestelle vor
dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, jetzt ganz nah, da ein Aldi eröffnet hat. ca 150 m
Fenster und Balkontüre dürften sollten in naher Zukunft ersetzt werden. Ist noch einfach Verglast, aber das ist ein
