In the commune of Vénosc, we offer this charming 43 m² flat with ski station within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony with views of the slopes.
We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Day area: - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker, etc.
Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: two single beds. - Bedroom 2: bunk beds. - Shower room with shower. - Bathroom with bath. - Separate WC.
Outside: - A north-facing balcony of approx. 8 m² with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Vénosc, in a very pleasant environment, with views over the estate and the town.
The town centre can be reached on foot or by shuttle bus, and offers all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
After parking your car in a closed car park, you can enjoy the resort without having to return to your car for the duration of your stay.
In summer, you can set off directly from the residence for a walk in the mountain pastures to meet the shepherd and, if you're lucky, spot some marmots on the lookout.
In winter, you can go skiing in the Vallée Blanche ski area, snow permitting, and then head for the 2 Alpes ski area.
You can also ski back to the flat.
Activities : In winter: Downhill skiing / cross-country skiing / snowboarding / snowshoeing / sledging / paragliding / ice skating / dog sledding / night skiing / children's activities.
In summer: Mountain biking (with or without assistance) / Trail running / Hiking / Paragliding / Climbing / Multi-sports workshops for children.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the numbered basement garage of the flat (1 vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Free shuttle bus to the city centre. - Fee-paying shuttle bus to Grenoble station. - Nearest train station: Grenoble station, about 1 hour 15 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère airport, about 1 hour 40 minutes by car.
Other remarks: - A pet is accepted free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Skis can be hired from the residence reception; during the season, bread and pastries can also be ordered the day before.

Les deux chambres séparées, les couchages. L'emplacement. Facilité d'accès. Calme.
Manque d'une machine à laver quand on a un enfant,, il existe néanmoins une laverie dans la résidence mais cette dernière est souvent occupée et avec des heures d'ouverture. (Une seule machine dans la laverie)

Emplacement de la résidence en dehors de la ville mais navette gratuite ...ou escaliers ! Belle vue du balcon avec table permettant d'y prendre un repas ! Vaisselle tout à fait suffisante pour 5 ou 6 personnes . Chauffage dans chaque pièce tout à fait satisfaisant. Place de parking un peu juste pour une grosse voiture mais stationnement très facile devant la résidence
Problème d'odeur dans la salle d'eau, signalé, et réglé je n'en doute pas.
