The LIDI FERRARESI are 7 tourist-seaside resorts inserted in the district of the municipality of Comacchio, a wonderful lagoon town, called "the little Venice" with its ancient bridges and glimpses between land and water. They extend for a stretch of coast of about 25 km on the Adriatic Sea in what is known as the RIVIERA EMILIANO-ROMAGNOLA.
Each of them has its own characteristics but their common denominator is certainly that they are incorporated into a unique territory both from a historical point of view, the cradle of the Etruscans, and from a naturalistic point of view, which is the Po Delta Park, an oasis of international importance, recognized by the 'UNESCO in 1998 "HERITAGE OF HUMANITY".
Among these small 7 wonders, the favorite is definitely the LIDO DI POMPOSA for various reasons, which are visible once you have lived this Lido for a few days. The particularly appreciated aspects are:
- the proximity of all services or commercial activities, easily reachable on foot in a few moments from any part of the Lido you are;
- the beaches of fine golden sand, shallow, always carefully cleaned, supervised by lifeguards, made available by the bathing establishments;
- the sandy seabed, which slopes gently, making bathing safe even for less experienced swimmers;

Right at Lido di Pomposa I am pleased to present you an accommodation, called PERLA 7, really very nice and cared for in every detail! It is located on the third floor of a condominium, served by a lift, in the center served. It has a pleasant livable balcony, complete with awning, table and two outdoor chairs. Leaving the house, turning the corner you will immediately find the bakery with the mesmerizing scent of its freshly baked croissants, pizzas by the slice and fresh bread; continuing from there there are bars and cafes, ice cream parlors, piadinerie and takeaway pizzerias, takeaways, well-stocked supermarkets, clothing stores and bazaars, hairdressers and beauty centers, pharmacy and tourist medical center and various restaurants, which offer both a cuisine based on the Emilia-Romagna culinary tradition and a more avant-garde cuisine based on fresh daily fish.
Even the beach, with its modern bathing establishments equipped for the needs of even the youngest guests, are located a few meters from this accommodation.
Here comfort to services and hospitality are the watchwords!
THERE IS NO PRIVATE PARKING SPACE but it is possible to park the car in the condominium parking lot, if available, or in the immediately surrounding areas.

The PERLA apartment, as the name suggests, is a real gem of an apartment!
It is furnished with a young and modern style, clear and linear and with notes of energetic color that recall the warm shades of summer. It immediately exudes positivity and you will immediately feel relaxed, serene and ready to enjoy your beach holidays!
It is equipped with every comfort, including an air conditioning system with two splits, one positioned in the living room and the other in the bedroom, to make your stay extremely pleasant and comfortable.
It has a spacious balcony, complete with a small table with two outdoor chairs so you can have a coffee in total relaxation, lulled by the sea breeze.
It is composed of an air-conditioned dining-living area with well-managed spaces, which has a kitchenette complete with electric induction hob, microwave oven, American coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, a comfortable sofa 2-seater bed and a television, a double bedroom also air-conditioned and finally a bathroom complete with shower cubicle.
Maximum number of guests that can be hosted : 4.
To guarantee you a relaxing and safe stay, we inform you that we have equipped all the mattresses and pillows with white sanitized cotton linen and, above it, with disposable linen in soft non-woven fabric, over which you will have to lay out your own.
CHECK-IN: from 15:00 to 18:30.
CHECK OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.
The price DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX, to be paid exclusively in cash at the time of check-in, equal to € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
At the time of CHECK-IN a security deposit of € 200.00 is required to be paid exclusively in cash, which will be returned to you, net of damages, at the time of CHECK-OUT.
FINAL CLEANING: it is the responsibility of the tenant and IS MANDATORY at the time of returning the apartment on the morning of departure. It includes: the tidying up of the house, its perfect cleaning which includes the removal of any rest of food, the elimination of waste, the cleaning of used cutlery and dishes, kitchen utensils. If this cleaning is not carried out correctly or is carried out in part, a penalty equal to the cost of € 150.00 will be applied.
We rent exclusively to adults: minors are admitted only if accompanied by parents or by adults with written proxy signed by their parents, also attaching their identity document.
Pets are allowed, subject to authorization and with an additional cleaning cost of € 50.00 to be paid in cash and on site at check-in.
